What documented outputs (certification) are issued?
Once the delegate is selected, the program is comprised of three components: 1-to-1 development, workshops, and a competency-based development portfolio. A certificate of completion will be awarded for each component.
I have received an email inviting me to an information session for the Executive Leadership Programme through EQ, what will happen in this meeting?
During this hour long meeting, you will be able to meet the H2 Advisory Team who will be mentoring and developing you during the program. Then, the Program Director, Mr. Carl Garner, will introduce the program explaining the steps and components. Next, you will hear from previous participants and learn about their experience where you will be able to ask them questions. To close, you will have an opportunity to ask any unanswered questions to the H2 Advisory team.
How do I submit my application?
To begin, you complete the registration form sent to you via the link in the email. Next, you make the payment of 500 SR using the Alinma Bank details provided in the link.
I have been asked to pay 500 SAR, what is this for?
The selection process includes a psychometric assessment and debrief. These cost 3,000 SAR. As part of your development, the university will pay 2,500 SAR. You will be responsible to pay the remaining 500 SR. The fees associated with the Executive Leadership Development Program will be paid for by Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University.
Will this leadership program help me to get a promotion?
Since this program focuses on your leadership development and requires you to show evidence of your skills through your competency-based portfolio, this will allow you to demonstrate your effective leadership attributes and competencies. This will support career advancements and recommendations based on your set of skills to lead.
How will I know that I have been selected for the leadership program?
Once the selection process is complete, you will be notified of your acceptance through both an email and a phone call from the H2 Advisory team.
What is the Leadership Wheel?
The Leadership Wheel is customised for each organisation based on their mission and vision. The wheel is comprised of core competencies and sub-competencies which highlight the skills necessary to lead effectively.
What is the Crisis Management Canvas?
It is a crisis tool to support leaders in evaluating a particular situation and navigating the circumstances with empathy taking into account context, priorities, facts, continuity of operations, actions and communication. This tool guides the leader to objectively consider all necessary aspects of the crisis at hand.
